Can I follow more than one programme at a time?

Yes. Many users combine a main program (like Anxiety or Sleep) with shorter standalone sessions. The AI will help you balance your practice without overwhelming you.

Are the programmes designed by a real professional?

Every program is designed by a certified sophrologist. The AI personalizes the sequence and timing, but the therapeutic content comes from a qualified professional.

Do I need any experience with sophrology to start?
